How we interact with you is just as important as the service you receive, which is why we offer benefits like free parking and evening appointments.

We work to make our customer service exceptional, including:

  • Reminding you of your appointment 48 hours prior, helping you navigate the complexities of private health insurance, and offering phone or HICAPS health insurance rebate estimates.
  • Providing information sheets and calling you following your appointment to ensure you are happy with your dental treatment.
  • All regular patients are provided with Dr Szylkarski’s mobile number in case of a dental emergency.
  • Three designated car parks labelled “Dental Surgery” on street level for your convenience, as well as a second level of undercover parking with lift access.
  • Offering late dental appointments on a Tuesday evening for your convenience.
